The website aims to support agro-environmental initiatives and projects regarding organic farming and provides information to consumers on food and wine trails, rural tourism and the purchase of organic products in the Parma area (Emilia Romagna, Italy).

The website is a promotional initiative, currently joined by 70 agricultural companies producing more than 33 product categories. The website, representing the on-line mirror of the Italian Food Valley, is divided into sections: local news, up to date organic market information and a list of organic certified producers in the local area classified according to product, area, farm.
